The delicate, nutty taste of specially selected sunflower
seeds harmonises wonderfully with the hearty aroma
of the whole grain rye.Sunflower seeds contain valuable
unsaturated fatty acids, which are important for building
and maintaining body tissues.

Ingredients: Whole grain rye 51% (in part as sourdough),
water, sunflower seeds, sugar beet syrup, salt, malt
extract and baker’s yeast.

Nutritional analysis, per 100 g: Calorific value 802 kJ
(190 kcal), protein 6 g, carbohydrates 34 g (including
sugar 4 g), fat 3 g (including saturated fatty acids 0.3 g),
fibre 8 g, sodium 0.37 g, bread exchange value (BE) 2.8
