Whole grain rye and pumpkin seeds lend this bread
its rich and aromatic flavour. Pumpkin seeds contain
valuable unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals
as well as secondary vegetable substances which have
a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels. Pumpkin seeds
are recommended particularly in case of prostate
complaints. Moreover, they support heat generation
processes in the body.

Ingredients: Whole grain rye 51% (in part as sourdough),
water, pumpkin seeds 5%, salt and baker’s yeast.

(189 kcal), protein 6 g, carbohydrates 34 g (including
sugar 2 g), fat 3 g (including saturated fatty acids 0.4 g),
