Ingredients: Grain products 50% (whole grain rye 25 %,
in part as sourdough, oat flakes 12%, whole grain rye
flour 7%, natural rice flour 6%, water, inulin 3.5%, linseed,
sweet lupine flour, table salt, baker’s yeast.

Nutritional analysis, per 100 g: Calorific value 804 kJ (190
kcal), protein 6 g, carbohydrates 34 g (including sugar 3 g),
fat 3 g (including saturated fatty acids 0.4 g), fibre 14.5 g,
including inulin 3.5 g, sodium 0.35 g, bread exchange value
(BE) 2.8, magnesium 50 mg, folic acid 30 µg
